We all had a very busy week this week. Thankfully we got a date night scheduled in. Kristin gladly came over and hung out with the little man so mom and dad could get out and be adults for an evening. Tim had gotten recommendations from a friend at work for a tiny place in the North End. We had a great dinner and some wine at this place called Al Dente Ristorante...I highly recommend, just be warned that the host/maitre'd is a complete jerk. Thankfully, the wait staff and the food made up for his lack of social skills. After dinner, we stopped at Modern Pastry and got some canolis and a "lobster tail" to take home and enjoy. Overall, it was a wonderful evening and mommy and daddy were so glad to have an evening out!!
This being the last full week of both Tim's semester of full-time classes and his last week of work in Chelmsford, the family had a bit of a chaotic week. There was nothing getting done around the house that's for sure! The wee man and I got an extra dose of quality time, which I will never turn away, but it will be nice now that daddy is off from school for the summer!
